Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the items in your order and your shipping destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Walden Winds Mahjong is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup

If local pickup becomes available for a specific order or event, instructions will be provided during checkout or by email.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at waldenwindsmahjong@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
