Return & Refund Policy

At Walden Winds Mahjong, we want you to love your purchase. Because we offer both event registrations and physical merchandise, our policies differ depending on the type of purchase.

Event Tickets

All event ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

If Walden Winds Mahjong cancels an event, customers will receive the option of either:

• A full refund, or
• A credit toward a future Walden Winds Mahjong event.

Merchandise Returns

Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition
• Include all original packaging, when applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at waldenwindsmahjong@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
